Data updates in Community Insight

We have updated a number of indicators, published by the Department of Work and Pensions, in Community Insight. This includes the monthly unemployment benefit data and also data showing attendance allowance claimants.

What’s been updated?

Monthly unemployment benefit data. Highlights include: 

  • Unemployment benefit (JSA and Universal Credit)
  • Youth unemployment (18-24 receiving JSA or Universal Credit)

Quarterly Attendance Allowance datasets. These are broken down into further indicators based on gender and age groupings. The age groupings are as follows:

  • Attendance Allowance claimants aged 65-69
  • Attendance Allowance claimants aged 70-74
  • Attendance Allowance claimants aged 75-79
  • Attendance Allowance claimants aged 80-84
  • Attendance Allowance claimants aged 85-89
  • Attendance Allowance claimants aged 90+
